closely followed by Power of a Woman, i know that album off by heart!
I like "Eternal" but I don't think this was the right direction for them, great production, but it was too slick and American, Eternal are best sticking to what they do best - commercial R&B.
This album was too serious for their usual fans, it needed more fun. and the more sophisticated R&B fans couldn't get into it because its not what Eternal usually do, so i guess they thought it was gonna be a usual Eternal pop album and didnt check it out.

agree with seven on this one. however, love BTR cos it finally showed off the vocals of vernie and kelle, and eternal cos of the direction they seemed to be going. POW got some good tracks on there....by far their poppiest album to me.....love INE and GT on this album tho
I've been relistening to the albums recently, like all of them, reminiscing and I completely forgot how good Before the Rain is, its just such a wicked album. So yeh, changin my mind that Before the Rain is my favourite over POAW.
